7 days re-fixing policy covers loose thread, broken thread (No accidental damage) at no extra cost.Our policy lasts 7 days only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange. However you can take the advantage of our customer friendly re-energising & accidental damage policy.

What should i do when i receive the parcel

We earnestly ask our customer to make opening videos of parcel after taking the delivery from shipping company. So that you have satisfaction later in case missing product , damage or different product received related issues. Please reach us immediately with the video, so that we can take necessary action and ensure you a peace of mind with delivery of right product. We will not entertain any request for refund or return in absence of any opening video or explicit proof. Our all boxes are wrapped properly with our branded adhesive tape around.

The item which i ordered is different from the picture of the website

We always send the same item that we represent in our website. Images are only sole representation of product,Our products are shot in different lighting and environmental condition, there are off chances in little deviation in colours some time due to lighting.

I want to exchange with other product

We can give you one exchange with product of same or higher value, provided you inform us in 24 hrs of receipt of the product, that you want replacement for. In that case you have to ship the product back to our warehouse address. Shipping cost has to be born by custome

How can i trust if the product is same that i ordered or it is any online scam or fraud

We certainly empathise with you on this point. That is why we alway keep our brand tape affixed around the box in order to thwart the tempering. But There are chances of tempering with the boxes between dispatch to delivery. So be mindful at the time of delivery, please carefully notice the box and if there is any sign of tempering or you don't find our brand tape on the parcel or you find parcel damaged or looks suspicious, please don't accept that from the courier

Want to change the customised product

We can not exchange the customised product with other product under any circumstances as we always make the product as per specification and show it to customer before dispatch.

Stones are not effective or giving results or causing troubles

Unfortunately we don't sell product on this conviction. Every stone has their own metaphysical properties and there effect are not guaranteed or ascertained by any labs or healers or by us in any way. We sell the jewellery not the effects. There is no correlation between good times and bad times with stones, its just coincidence, that makes customer believe or discard it.

Can you repair the item?

Every product has life cycle and our items too are not intact. Due to heavy, continuous or rough usage, item is bound to loose its charm due to broken or frail threads, strings and elastic bands, cracked beads, broken closures or clasps.

I need customised item on Cash on Delivery

Unfortunately customized items can not be shipped on cash on delivery, for that you have to pay the amount before dispatching the products. The amount is charged after we show you the image of the customised item followed by your confirmation.

I did not get my COD order

Cash on delivery order is subject to the confirmation by our order processing team. However you can read our shipping policy

Any uncontactable, unreachable address or incomplete address is not processed.

What is standard time of shipping & delivery?

Standard deliver time is 2-5 days (India). For international countries, it varies from 6 days to 25 days.

Cash on delivery is available to metro cities and certain pin codes, While prepaid delivery is available across almost every pin code in india..

Why delivery is taking so long or delivery is not attempted?

There are certain factors, which are not in our control like Government, human and God made events, where we can not help until the situations ease. There can be force majeure, strikes, road blocks, supply chain disruption due to movement or rally or any insensitive issue, or outbreak of epidemic. Why my orders are being cancelled?

There are many reasons of cancellation.

1-Your address is not right and incomplete

2-Your previous history of not receiving any order placed on COD

3-Frequent order and then cancellation

4-Not contactable or no confirmation.

I want to cancel my order

Shipped order can not be cancelled after confirmation. Cancellation can be done if order was not confirmed or shipped. Because we want to give you fast delivery and we alway dispatch the order same day before 3pm.
